Although it’s the final day of the 2025 NFL Draft, more than half of the selections are still to come. Teams are mainly looking for depth players now — contributors on special teams who might eventually grow into bigger roles.

Here’s a breakdown of every team’s biggest need heading into Day 3:

AFC North

  • Bengals: Safety (after filling edge, linebacker, and offensive guard)
  • Browns: Wide receiver (Jerry Jeudy is the current focal point)
  • Ravens: Defensive line (depth behind star Nnamdi Madubuike is thin)
  • Steelers: Quarterback (Aaron Rodgers situation still uncertain)

AFC South

  • Colts: Interior offensive line (lost veteran linemen this offseason)
  • Jaguars: Defensive tackle (needs support behind DaVon Hamilton, Arik Armstead)
  • Texans: Interior offensive line (after trading Laremy Tunsil and others)
  • Titans: Wide receiver (rookie QB Cam Ward needs better weapons)

AFC East

  • Bills: Safety (after addressing other defensive needs)
  • Dolphins: Cornerback (especially if Jalen Ramsey is traded)
  • Jets: Wide receiver (only Garrett Wilson, Lazard, and Josh Reynolds are reliable)
  • Patriots: Edge rusher (need a pass rusher to pair with Harold Landry)

AFC West

  • Broncos: Safety (depth issues, Talanoa Hufanga’s injury concerns)
  • Chargers: Tight end (a field-stretching TE fits Jim Harbaugh’s offense)
  • Chiefs: Offensive guard (after trading away Joe Thuney)
  • Raiders: Linebacker (weak depth at LB, could also use WR, CB, EDGE)

NFC North

  • Bears: Safety (aging starters, little depth behind them)
  • Lions: Edge rusher (Za’Darius Smith gone, Aidan Hutchinson recovering from injury)
  • Packers: Cornerback (likely moving on from Jaire Alexander)
  • Vikings: Cornerback (plus needs at safety and linebacker)

NFC South

  • Buccaneers: Linebacker (Lavonte David re-signed but aging)
  • Falcons: Cornerback (after heavy investment in pass rush)
  • Panthers: Cornerback (after addressing edge rusher earlier)
