‘Enola Holmes 3’ Production Hit by Food Poisoning Incident in Malta, Filming Temporarily Halted

Filming for Netflix’s highly anticipated ‘Enola Holmes 3’ experienced an unexpected pause after multiple cast and crew members, including star Millie Bobby Brown, reportedly fell ill during the movie’s shoot in Malta.

According to sources cited by The Sun, the setback was caused by a suspected case of food poisoning, believed to be linked to on-site catering. The illness affected several individuals on set, forcing the production team to temporarily suspend filming until everyone recovered.

A source close to the production shared, “A number of the team became unwell, which caused everything to come to a complete standstill. Thankfully, it wasn’t anything severe, and those impacted have now fully recovered.”

The third installment of the Enola Holmes film series, a popular spin-off of the Sherlock Holmes universe, began filming earlier this year. Key locations include London and Malta, where a portion of the current schedule was disrupted due to the incident.
